My personal pc is suffring from a problem.recentlay i have taken internet in my pc.there was no ativirus software install in the system.when i want to install antivirus through online its automatically closed the website

1.if i search on a google ,antivirus software ,its just open and closed themselves.

2.if any folder name as antivirus its could not be open for installation.

3.my browser home page does not show me about blank.its show some other link in my home page.is this spyware ?how to remove spyware

i am sure that my pc is infected by any virus.please solve my problem so that i can install antivirus software.
