depends what package u have with them. if u only have basic package then u can't download it
check the capabilities of your computer. I bought what I thought was a bargain from PC World and got sold Nortons anti virus as an extra only to find out that the computer was unable to accept the download.
that was the case with me, but after 4 or 5 attempts I got it
