If you have a good ant-virus it should have already been deleted or isolated
Bugs are the commonly used name to describe a virus, as it seems you have one. Most good antivirus applications should remove it easily, however I suggest running Windows in safemode (pressing F8 while you boot up your computer, and choosing the Safe Mode option)
If you know what file infected you can just delete this file but not just F8, I am afraid it will not be enough, better with this program
