Firewall - ZoneAlarm

Anti Spyware - none

I have tried (and purchased) many of them including Norton, McAfee, AVG and others. The one that works best for me, uses the least amount of memory, is easiest to configure, finds and blocks the most viruses, is The Shield Anti-Virus and Firewall.
It's mostly a matter of opinion what is best.
