just check for any virus or trojan ..... i think this might be the problem.. just try using any "removing tool" and try.....

or there might be any corruption in ur OS

run a virus/spyware scan from safe mode with a good antivirus, if this doesn't solves the problem it's better to format and reinstall ur OS.
