My computer keeps on freezing up and acting very slow lately, so I need a good fix for it, but I am hoping to find a program that does it all (antivirus included)that isn't too terribly expensive.

The so called protection suites are usually built around a flagship product and then bundled with mediocre software to complete the suite. So I would not consider using any security suite, instead pick the best in class software for each specific type of protection and you will be a whole lot better off.

use kaspersky internet security to protect your system from viruses
use tune up utilities to clean your registry and to speed up your system
lavasoft.com was recommended to me by technical support of my Internet provider it worked great for me.
and fixed all of my slow running issues. Good luck
