In the full version of "Spy Sweeper" what is the quartine list for?

I just dont really know what its for and also i have another question... I keep on having reaccuring viruses that seem to never go away. I had limewire and since ive deleted it and its files ( i think cause i did a search for em ) and i have this worm trojan thing that appears on my " Trend Micro Antivirus" Software as a pop up warning thingy. These trojans and other thingys are still in my quarintine folder in Spy Sweeper but im wondering if deleting them from the folder will permanently rid the virus from my comp? Will it, or is it best that i keep it in the quarintine folder for safety reasons?? THX!!!!!!!!!!

you should delete them. after deleting run the scan again to be sure they are gone. if the scan you use cannot delete a virus only quarantine it, this happens time to time, check that you have the updated antivirus list. the publishers update what the scan looks for and how it removes the threats on sometimes a daily basis.

DELETE THEM OFF YOUR COMP.
The quartine list is to quartine all the infected files. You should delete them. It should take them off your computer for good.
