I need some help is there an I.T. Guy here part 2?anti virus scan

networm-i.virus@fp is a security threat detected on computers infected with Rogue Antispyware.

So basically the crapware you installed to deal with spyware is malware itself... which is a common problem with people who take advice from non-techs on these boards.

Get yourself a proper security suite from a reliable vendor and this will not happen to you again. Uninstall all of the crapware on your computer and reboot.

You can find out more about the Zlob trojan that you are infected with from one of those reliable vendors I mentioned.. Symantec:

http://www.symantec.com/security_respons...

The removal instructions will be:

Disable System Restore (Windows Me/XP).

Update the virus definitions. (of your reliable security suite)

Run a full system scan. (with the security suite from that reliable vendor)

Delete any values added to the registry. (which can be found on the website of this reliable vendor).

Good Luck

yea that is adware/spyware do not click the ballon try downloading spybot search and destory or adaware by lava soft they both should be able to remove that for you
I reccomend AdAware. Make sure you update the definitions too
Download install and update Spyware Doctor Starter Edition. Disconnect your pc from the net and run the program. As a backup scan, reconnect to the net and do a free online scan with Trend Micro Housecall and it will find and remove any malware left.

Hope this helps.
