Unknown Computer Problem?computer virus

thanks for the vote

but i would like to know what helped you Report It

You will probably get a million answers here but if you are not familiar with pc's they I would HIGHLY suggest you take it to a dealer and have them fix it. If there is nothing on the pc that you need then insert the Microsoft cd and reinstall the O/S. That will wipe the entire drive and will clean it up.
Of course you can't stay on the Internet. If Internet Explorer has disappeared, you don't have any way to browse the Internet. If you can't do a system restore, you have to hire someone to reformat the machine. Don't kid yourself, if your problems are as bad as you say they are, you're going to have to pay out some cash to fix it.
if you have an anti virus program on your computer, then do a scan to check for any virus's. then you can delete all found once the scan if over.
You may be able to get some anti virus software to clean it up, but once you get to this point, it is best to save all the files you can and re-install your computer. Even if you get the bug fixed, you will still probably have some damaged files in there. So save all your important stuff, then erase everything, re-install windows... and then add add the anti virus from the beginning.
Please take no offense, but if you were unaware of the existence and threat of computer viruses, then I fear that you would not be qualified to do what needs to be done to get your computer dis-infected and up-and-running. Sorry.
