i click remove from my programs and a small pop up comes up saying 'The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable' you know that thing? ugh and i cant install other antivirus software and i have like viruses :( please help

use force remove software, it is there in the net
first reinstall CA etrust pestpatrol, then uninstall it from force remove
