Virus software expired/removal tools/winxp update/now no disk space?

My virus software expired/firewall not on/system restoreoff/ got viruses/used antivirus software/tried several/now I upate win xp/no disk space on C left, tried to delete programs/ most cant find uninstall files, HELP I cant even download or load any more software no matter how little the file size is.
