personally i have found it quite useless at removing spyware (i help remove spyware often from friends' computers). according to most major review sites this product does not get a good rating either (only 5-6/10). just get a free alternative, my favorites are lavasoft ad-aware 2007, avast antivirus and hijackthis.

also the free version does not let you remove any spywares that it finds, to remove them, you must purchase the product. i dont recommend this as you can get free alternatives which are much better!

just use these, dont visit suspicious websites, and you should be fine.
